We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY on all clothes items ordered. This offer only extends to UK delivery addressess, using standard shipping. This promotion is automatically calculated at the checkout. Excludes 'Sale' items.

Delivery

At Mini Milou we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible. To this end, we have several delivery services available and where possible you can choose how you would like your order to be delivered. However, please note that the delivery of your order may be restricted to a particular service depending on the size, weight and delivery address. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:

1. The item you have chosen is in stock
2. The delivery address has been verified
3. Payment has been approved

We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order and then a further email confirming dispatch of your order along with your order reference number. Orders can be delivered to either a business or residential address; however some packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Mini Milou will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.

We offer customers the options to collect their order from our shops(see "Contact Us" for address details). This is a free and fast way to get your items.
If this option is selected, the customer will be contacted shortly after their order is placed to arrange a collection date.

Standard Delivery to UK addresses

Standard delivery can take between 5-10 working days for items that are in stock and being sent to an address within the UK. Mini Milou gift vouchers are posted free of charge. Please note:

• Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail or courier, depending on the size and weight.
• Where parcels have been sent by courier you will be asked for a signature on receipt.
• If you are not around to take delivery of your order, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect the parcel or to book a re-delivery.
• Unfortunately we cannot deliver on public holidays so in this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
• Please note that delivery prices for heavier items vary, depending on the weight of the item. *

Fast Delivery

• Deliver time 2-4 working days
• Orders placed on a bank holiday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
• Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 8.30am and 6.30pm. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
• If you are not around to take delivery of your order, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect the parcel or book a re-delivery.
• Please note that delivery prices for heavier items vary, depending on the weight of the item. *

Express Delivery 48

• From Monday to Thursday orders must be placed by 1.00pm to ensure delivery with 48hrs.
• Orders placed on a bank holiday will be shipped he follwoing day and take 48hrs from then.
• Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 8.30am and 6.30pm. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
• A signature will be required on receipt.
• If you are not around to take delivery of your order, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect the parcel or book a re-delivery. • Please note that some heavier items are not available on this delivery tariff*.

International Delivery

We are able to deliver most items all over the world. Items that we cannot ship outside of UK and Northern Ireland. include particularly heavy and bulky items such as furniture. Depending on your location, international delivery takes between 4 -14 working days. Mini Milou is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country and they may apply customs and sales tax which must be paid before you receive your goods. Please note that delays can occur in customs which are beyond our control.
